The Dance Gallery runs on a September - June season schedule. Registration ends February 1. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a family's place for fall classes. The deposit will be credited towards September tuition.
~1 class per week: $80/month, $800/year
~2 classes: $152/month, $1520/year
~3 classes: $228/month, $2280year
~4+classes: $320/month, $3200/year
Annual payment discount: a 5% discount is applied (at time of payment) when annual tuition is paid in full by September 12.
Sibling discount: a 10% discount is applied for each additional child.
Classes that do not have a minimum number of four dancers registered may be cancelled.
Registration Fee: There is an annual per family registration fee of $30.
Costume Fee: Costume fees in connection with annual spring show are $70 for first costume, $60 for any additional costume. Costume fees must be paid by January 20 and are not reimbursable. (Check or cash only).
Speciality Workshops: Separate fees may be charged in connection with specialty workshops.
Tuition is due at the first of the month. Failure to pay by the 8th will result in a $15 charge.
We require a credit card be kept on file. In the event tuition is not paid on time, the card will be charged along with a late fee.
Notice by the 15th day of the prior month is required for dropping classes. Failure to provide such notice will result in a charge of 50% of the class fee for the dropped class.
Students must arrive early or on time to class.
No gum chewing is permitted.
Hair must be neatly pulled off of face for each class.
Cell phones must be turned off during class and put away until class has ended.
Street shoes may not be worn in the studio.
Parents may wait in the waiting room quietly during class.
We are a nut free facility. Please do not bring any snacks containing nuts.
Parents must park in spots that are for The Dance Gallery or metered spacing. The back lot is free parking after 4pm.
Students under the age of 10 must be picked up and dropped off by a parent inside the studio.
Please call or email the studio if your child will be absent.
Students are entitled to three makeup classes in the appropriate level. No refunds, deductions or credits will be made for cancellations or absences.
More than three unexcused absences after December will result in loss of performing opportunity in the annual spring show.
The Dance Gallery is not required to provide makeup classes in the event of poor weather.
Studio dress code is strictly enforced. A teacher may ask a child to sit out if more than two violations occur. After three violations, The Dance Gallery will provide proper attire and the family will be charged $30 for the cost.
All ballet students are required to have their hair pulled back neatly in a bun. Failure to have a bun will result in a $2 bun kit charge. Ballet skirts, leg warmers and ballet sweaters may be worn. Students must have proper ballet shoes.

All non-ballet students must wear black leotards/tank tops. Black leggings, dance pants or tights may be worn. Black shorts may be worn only if black or tan tights are underneath. Proper shoe attire is required. No shoes are worn in modern.
Hip Hop dancers may wear any athletic attire that is comfortable to dance in. No crop tops or short shorts are permitted. Sneakers that are not worn outdoors are required.
