Jennifer Morra-DeFabbia (Director/Owner/Instructor

Jennifer Morra-DeFabbia is a New York based dance teacher from Westchester County who comes from a talented musical family. She graduated from  Manhattanville College where she earned her B.A. in Dance/Theater and Psychology. 

Since graduating, Jennifer has taught in over 20 dance studios in Westchester. She also ran the dance program at The Ursuline School. She has performed in dance productions such as The Nutcracker,  Bill T. Jones and Alvin Ailey Company. Jennifer’s choreography has been seen at Sesame Street Live, Dance Educators of America, Tremaine and Access Broadway.

Jennifer is the owner of Barre Effect, which is a ballet inspired exercise program. Recently, she has dedicated her time as a  Special Ed Teacher Assistant teaching children grades K-6. 

Jennifer is excited to start season 13 as the owner of The Dance Gallery and looks forward to inspiring her students to share her passion and love of dance.
